Overview: Vaco is working with a growing $8M company operating in a warehouse environment to identify an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. This company has built a strong reputation for quick turnaround times and exceptional service, supported by a dedicated team of 25-28 employees. Position Summary: The Bookkeeper will play a key role in maintaining the company's financial health by managing essential bookkeeping tasks. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling financial responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Writing vendor checks and processing wire transfers. Reconciling bank statements and assisting with month-end close. Managing accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P), with AP processing typically completed in about 1.5 hours. Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Proven experience in bookkeeping, including A/R, A/P, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a warehouse environment and adapt to its fast-paced nature. Self-motivated with the ability to handle tasks independently. Why This Opportunity?
