About the role Worldpay is looking for aPaidmediaSpecialistto join our Central Digital Marketing team tocreate,manage, and optimizeglobal paidmediacampaignsacross all lines of businessfor the purposes of demand generation and brand building. This individual will have a passion fordigital marketing,understand the effectiveness ofpaidmediain the B2B spaceandbe well versed in best practices foroptimumperformance and ROI as well as Automation and AI tools.ThePaidmediaSpecialistwill work closely with internal stakeholders to align business goals withpaidsocialplans.At Worldpay, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and relevant issues in financial services and technology. What you will be doing Create paid media proposals based on thestakeholder'sobjectives, and advise on required budgetlevels Create, manage, and optimize paidmediacampaignsacross multiple lines of businessto align with businessgoals Lead and drive campaign performance through a test and learnapproach Manage budgets andplatform leveloptimizationsdaily Actively work with internalteamsto ensure campaign success based onKPIs Regularlyreport on the performance of paidmedia campaignsto internal stakeholders and share recommendations forimprovement Be on top of market developments, new technologies and automation opportunities Present your reports to internal stakeholders Manage the supplier invoices and work with accounts payable to ensure publisher account payments are kept up to date. Experience/Qualifications 6+ years of experiencecreating, managing, and optimizing paidmediacampaigns in :- Google Ads Linkedin Meta Ads X Ads Tik Tok ads Marin Software Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tightdeadlines Strong analytical skills and the ability to pull and analyze reports using data from GA4 and the paid media platforms Detail-oriented andorganized Confident communicator who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders Strong team player with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with colleagues across thecompany Strong Excel skills Experience using AI/Automation/Paid media campaign management tools Google Ads Certified #LI-BJ1 Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $77,100.00 - $125,680.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
