About this opportunity: The Head of Executive and Leadership Development will lead the creation and implementation of an innovative Leadership Development framework and relevant solutions. This role is pivotal in driving the leadership behaviors Ericsson needs to succeed in the next phase of our transformation journey. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of leadership practice at all levels, how to shape mindsets and behavior as well as build strategic business acumen. This person will be highly consultative and data-driven using their experience to drive our leadership development practice to the next level. What you will do:
