As the Demand Generation Program Manager, you are a creative, tech-savvy marketing leader responsible to design and deliver, targeted and insight-led marketing programs for our North America and select international markets. Using your core analytical skills and MarTech knowledge, you'll leverage data-driven insights, and customer intelligence from multiple sources to optimize targeting of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. What you will do
- Devise long-term and short-term marketing campaigns with the intent of creating leads from acquiring new customers and influencing existing customers
- Manage lead journey through email, ads, events, webinars and other tactics to increase MQL conversion
- Define marketing plans to create and accelerate opportunities, build relationships, and impact revenue growth for North America and international sales segments
- Work closely with marketing operations and analytics, field marketing, product and solution marketing, and digital marketing teams through the ideation, creation, setup, and launch of campaigns and tactics
- Ensure timely deployment of initiatives and campaigns by managing internal partners, budgets, timelines, and processes
- Manage demand generation vendors and optimize programs - IE BrightTalk, TechTarget, Binary Demand, etc.
- Help manage the demand gen budget spend with other leaders in marketing
- Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary
- Obtain and/or analyze market research as needed to compare demand gen performance against peers
- Ensure the Company's target audience is well defined, and that marketing campaigns and promotions are aimed at this group of customers
- Plan content to align to buyers journey to execute successful ABM-focused programs and campaigns
Support sellers through campaign materials in coordination with sales enablement and other marketing teams - Highspot, content, etc.
The skills you bring
Basic Qualifications:
- Five to seven (5-7) years of proven experience in B2B marketing (demand generation, ABM, field marketing, marketing operations)
- Demonstrated ability to create close alignment with sales to drive campaign impact together
- Experience evaluating, implementing, and managing technology, including Demandbase, Marketo, Salesforce, Clari, Pathfactory, or equivalents
- Adept at achieving quick wins while taking a process-oriented approach to strengthen the organization's account-based function in strategic greenfield and customer accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-presentation experience
- A highly entrepreneurial spirit with a strong ROI orientation; someone who is clear on campaign objectives and is willing to take risks to solve them and swiftly learn from mistakes
