The Job The Facility Manager reports to the Vice President of Track Management and Operations and works alongside the Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park (LOIRP) Management and Operations staff. The Facility Manager is responsible for the maintenance of the Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park facility. This includes, but is not limited to, property landscaping, building maintenance, and asset management and maintenance. Location: Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, Indianapolis, IN FLSA/Salary: Exempt Primary Responsibilities
