Our Decision Science practitioners use Industry & Functional domain expertise to design and implement AI based decision-making frameworks and models to drive insights for decision making to solve business challenges.

As a Data & AI Decision Science Senior Manager, you will:

• Identify AI use cases in an industry and/or function by understanding an organization's goals and areas of need, developing the business case, determining ROI, and creating the transformation roadmap.
• Define business personal interactions with AI insights and recommendations to be embedded within the business process and functions.
• Understand and document as-is processes and current landscape, define functional and non-functional specifications, and reinvent future process with AI.
• Develop AI solutions leveraging domain expertise through feature extraction, algorithm selection, and model validation.
• Advise organization on adoption of responsible AI solutions and governance by training users on new processes, maintaining solutions, tracking results, and communicating the realized value.
• Originate new opportunities and see through sales cycle.

Ability to travel up to 80%; travel as needed based on client expectations.

Heres What You Need:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of experience building decision based frameworks and models to drive insights
• 7+ years of high value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience
• A minimum of 7 years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines
• A minimum of 7 years of large-scale delivery experience with minimal help

Nice to Have:

• Experience with senior level (C-level or C-level minus 1) conversations
• Strong program management and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals, lead in client conversations, and go to market activities.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment and proven ability to build strong client relationships.
• You have experience bringing innovative ideas to projects
• Masters degree in a relevant field

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
