Compliance Analyst

VEGA Americas is seeking a Compliance Analyst who will be responsible for overseeing and managing VEGA`s internal compliance function and adherence to supplier compliance programs. This role involves developing, implementing, and refining compliance programs while staying abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory changes. The Compliance Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, to enforce compliance standards, build out compliance infrastructure, develop internal training, and implement technology solutions. The Compliance Analyst will also assist with contract review and administration, policy development, and the management of compliance-related documents across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and organize VEGA's adherence and response to vendor compliance programs and assessments.
  • Develop and implement compliance programs (both vendor-side and in-house).
  • Monitor emerging trends in vendor compliance, best practices, and regulatory developments.
  • Identify and implement compliance technology solutions.
  • Collaborate across departments (legal, procurement, quality, safety, accounting, and IT) to develop and enforce compliance standards.
  • Facilitate training sessions for internal stakeholders and provide resources to ensure departmental alignment with compliance initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and standards through traceable metrics and reporting.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, commercial documents, internal policies, and templates.
  • Oversee compliance document management, ensure consistency across company policies, and assist in preparing and revising controlled documents.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:



  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University
  • AND Five (5) years of experience in compliance management, preferably within manufacturing.
  • Experience with manufacturing industry regulations and standards
  • Certification in Compliance Management CCEP, PMP is preferred.
  • Experience managing and implementing vendor compliance programs.
  • Experience implementing and configuring compliance technology solutions.
  • Proficiency in contract management and document control processes
