About the Role:

As a Sports Coordinator, you will inspire children, youth, and teens to grow their skills, build friendships, and develop a love for sportsmanship and teamwork. You'll lead participants of all ages in seasonal sports such as basketball, soccer, t-ball, volleyball, flag football, and pickleball, creating an environment where they can thrive both individually and as a team.

Your role includes:

• Designing and delivering engaging sports programs that promote skill-building and teamwork.
• Overseeing and running our Adult Sports League for a fun and seamless experience.
• Leading basketball practices, refereeing games, managing equipment, and scorekeeping during the basketball season.
• Supporting summer camps and seasonal leagues, ensuring high-quality experiences for participants.
• Helping with private rentals and events, while fostering a welcoming and safe atmosphere for everyone.

You're passionate about teaching and coaching young athletes of all skill levels. You bring flexibility to adapt to seasonal sports and program needs, along with an enthusiasm for summer camps and basketball in particular. • Must be 21 years of age or older
• Experience with sports leagues
• Schedule Tuesday - Saturday for Fall, Winter, and Spring. The summer schedule is Monday-Friday with a flexible schedule.
