We are seeking a Global Talent Marketing Lead to join our Talent Acquisition team. As part of our new Global Talent Marketing Center of Excellence, you will activate our employer brand strategy and talent attraction efforts across Ericsson's critical hiring markets. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Marketing, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of talent attraction, recruitment marketing as well as digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office.
What you will do
- Drive Employer Value Proposition Localization and Activation
- Partner with regional talent marketers to localize Ericsson's EVP to reflect the unique needs of global markets, ensuring it resonates with diverse talent audiences.
- Lead talent marketing activations that drive employer brand visibility and improve candidate experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with extended TA teams and external partners to deliver cohesive global and local activations.
- Develop and Implement Recruitment Marketing Strategies
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging market research and a variety of channels, including organic content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, employee advocacy, email marketing, and events.
- Create tailored hiring campaigns for critical roles, ensuring alignment with Ericsson's EVP and employer branding guidelines.
- Manage Recruitment Marketing Channels and Tools
- Evaluate and manage media, channels, and tools to optimize our presence across platforms such as LinkedIn Life, Glassdoor, our career site, and job boards.
- Oversee talent pool engagement initiatives, focusing on reactivating silver medalists, alumni, and other passive candidates to maintain a robust pipeline.
- Manage Employer Brand Reputation
- Proactively monitor and address reputation management across review sites and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with Ericsson's brand values.
- Oversee Vendor and Stakeholder Relationships
- Manage external vendor partnerships to ensure timely delivery of recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on branding, priorities, messaging, and tools.
- Utilize Data and Analytics for Continuous Improvement
- Define, track, and report key metrics such as brand awareness, employer reputation, career site traffic, talent pool engagement, and application conversion rates.
- Leverage insights to evaluate channel performance and optimize recruitment marketing efforts for better ROI.
You will bring
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in employer branding, TA , digital marketing, or related fields.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful employer branding, talent attraction and recruitment marketing strategies in a complex, global organization.
- Strong understanding of employer brand and talent attraction metrics and analytics, with the ability to translate data insights into improved activations.
- Excellent creative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to balance long-term strategic objectives with short-term execution priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed to Ericsson hubs for strategic meetings, content creation, and workshops.
