Building Information Modeling (BIM) allows us to construct buildings in the virtual environment prior to fabrication or physical construction and is at the core of our company's success. At the end of your internship you will have a solid understanding of our field construction practices and be fluent in our BIM softwares and processes. JOB SUMMARY: Successful projects start with accurate, timely, coordinated models that represent construction and coordination conditions. The BIM Technician Intern will work closely with project teams to provide coordination support for both internal and external BIM coordination to ensure the maximum value of BIM for field teams. The BIM Technician Intern will identify clashes and propose optimal solutions. This shall be done in accordance with company objectives and goals. Interaction with Virtual Construction team members, Project Managers, Field Leaders, General Contractors, and other trade subcontractors will be required. DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
