SEI is seeking to hire a Marketing Strategy Director to join the Marketing team in our Technology and Operations businesses. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for our Private Bank and Wealth Management and Asset Manager audiences. You will embody a multifaceted skill set and an unmatched proficiency in multiple specialized marketing disciplines. You have an extensive track record of success in orchestrating complex, mid-to-large-scale marketing initiatives within a dynamic and competitive landscape. You're a strategic thinker who not only leads from the forefront but also possesses the mentorship capabilities to nurture and elevate the talents of junior team members.

The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of SEI's business nuances and overarching organizational goals, coupled with a relentless drive for innovation and excellence in crafting marketing solutions.

In this pivotal role you'll be a key driver in shaping the trajectory of SEI's growth through the strategic orchestration of marketing endeavors including opportunistic campaigns, programs, and thought leadership that help position SEI as a leader in this space and leverage data analytics to drive awareness and growth. You will collaborate with Business and Sales leaders as well as subject matter experts across the organization to inform and direct the marketing strategy, and you will apply data-driven marketing tactics to drive awareness and engagement.

What you will do:

  • Lead and innovate marketing strategies across our Private Bank and Wealth Management and Asset Manager audiences, overseeing multiple mid-to-large-scale and complex programs aligned with SEI's growth objectives.

  • Identify compelling thought leadership topics that align with the business strategy.

  • Operate with a digital-first approach, mapping a content journey that helps moves prospects through the sales pipeline-and keeps clients engaged.

  • Be a partner to the Sales team, drafting and developing presentations, digital and traditional literature, email campaigns, and website content that embrace the mind-of-the-buyer.

  • Use data and key metrics to refine key initiatives, embracing a "launch, test, learn, optimize" mindset.

  • Fully leverage the marketing tech stack to utilize tools and resources that amplify marketing efforts.

  • Help translate and transform sophisticated in-depth materials into clear and digestible content.

  • Contribute strategic ideas and themes that support the sales channel's initiatives and help drive brand awareness.

  • Build strong internal relationships to ensure all internal resources are leveraged and optimized.

  • Collaborate with the in-house Creative team to explore visual approaches that break the mold and elevate the content and campaigns.

  • Utilize public relations, social media, and internal communications to amplify the channel strategy.

  • Be knowledgeable on current market trends, the competitive landscape, and target markets.

  • Work with Compliance to navigate the approval process.

  • Partner with data analysts to institute a measurement framework based on goals and KPIs for campaigns, launches, and collateral.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, English or a related field

  • Minimum of 11 to 15 years of relevant experience with proven expertise in multiple specialized marketing disciplines.

  • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex, impactful marketing programs that drive significant business growth.

  • In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and trends.

  • Proven ability to influence and build strategic relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Experience, or willingness to learn, building marketing campaigns in a CRM, such as Salesforce.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Project management expertise.
