THE JOB:
It is the Conversion Leads responsibility to facilitate the day-to-day conversion to ensure accurate and timely completion of conversions between events.

This is an on-call opportunity - hours vary upon event frequency, including weekends & holidays.

THE STARTING RATE:

• $19/hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Set and strike staging which may include risers, chairs, bleachers, house drapes, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dashers, ice making, boxing rings, etc.

• Store equipment in pre-designated areas; perform minor maintenance on equipment used for setting and striking events.

• Operate company vehicle, and any mobile equipment related to arena operations.

• Work along Conversion Tech II staff on all other conversion related duties.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
