ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

. Assist all guests with luggage, transporting luggage to and from guest room(s) as requested by guest.

. Explain all hotel facilities to arriving guests, their locations in the hotel and hours of operation, to include fire exits and safety features of the hotel.

. Remain in the front of the hotel and lobby area when on duty and not assisting a guest.

. Maintain the front of the hotel and the lobby area for cleanliness, such as trash removal, mopping up spills, sweeping up trash, emptying trash cans, checking the business center and pol area and workout facilities for neatness and cleanliness.

. Deliver messages and packages and mail to guests.

. Perform airport pick-ups and drop-offs as scheduled.

. Park all cars when guests request valet service, in the approved valet parking areas. Retrieve all valeted cars as requested by guest, bringing it to front of the hotel for the guest.

. Maintain the traffic flow at all times in the front of the hotel and parking areas of the hotel.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

. Position requires either 3pm to 11pm or 2pm to 6pm availability.

. Position requires at least 6 months of previous guest/customer face-to face experience.

. Position requires a valid driver's license without violations.

. Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.

. Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.

. Must be able to push a bell cart weighing up to 100 pounds.
