Job Details The Vice President, Operations is responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of programs and services across all sites of service within the division and across the entire continuum of care. The VP has 24/7 responsibility and accountability for the coordination and execution of clinical operations, including staffing, regulatory compliance, care/service delivery, and adherence to standardized operating policies and procedures. The VP is responsible for the implementation of divisional strategic plans, leading the execution of the annual operating plan, and assisting senior leadership with the achievement of key performance indicators for quality, safety, patient experience, employee engagement, efficiency, and financial results. The VP operates in a highly matrixed model and works closely with enterprise service line, corporate services, and physician leaders to drive standardization and best practice across Jefferson Health.Job Description Essential Functions:
