Summary of Position We are seeking a motivatedSite Project Accounting Assistantto join our growing team in Hagerstown, MD. This position supports accounting and administrative functions within the Kinsley Site Division, helping ensure projects run smoothly and successfully. Key responsibilities include assisting with project invoicing and payments, tracking subcontract and purchase order compliance, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing change orders, and supporting the team with contractual documents, surety, and insurance needs. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, strong computer skills, effective communication abilities, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
