Estimator - Construction / Facilities
Vancouver, WA & Portland, OR Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm $76200-110500 We are seeking an Estimator - Construction / Facilities to join our team. They will play a role in supporting the IFM organization including the facility and project teams as needed by developing cost estimates for submission to the client and controls for a variety of projects utilizing local market analysis, vendor bids and RS means. Assist in creating RFP's and SOW's as required. Key Responsibilities: * Estimating: Create Cost Estimates for submission to the client in response to work requests. * Cost Modeling: Create RS Means cost estimates to provide client with cost reasonableness. * Data Analysis: Investigate and compile benchmarking data to support pricing assumptions and cost savings. * Collaboration: Work closely with IFM and PDS to develop optimal pricing strategies. * Documentation: Fully document pricing assumptions, dependencies, and sources, and assist in educating PM's and client on pricing models. * Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and enhancement of pricing tools to increase accuracy, reduce risk, and improve efficiency. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Finance, Construction Management, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Estimating with a strong understanding of CSI trade costs. * Experience in Construction Management, General Contracting, or Real Estate firms preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project software, and estimating tools (RS Means, Onscreen Center, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, PlanSwift). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexibility to work varying hours and travel as needed. #BEjobs #HVACjobs #Ejobs #FMjobs #MMjobs #MHVACjobs #OEjobs #PMjobs #PCjobs #GMjobs #Pjobs #ProjMjobs | |
