Responsibilities The Senior Director of Clinical Outreach (SDCO) is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Clinical Outreach Coordinators, Directors, and Regional Directors, within their assigned region, to service existing clients as well identifying new referral sources and partners in treatment for Newport Healthcare. The SDCO will work closely within the Newport Healthcare network of residential and outpatient treatment centers to develop strategies to attract and serve those clients and will be responsible for driving the overall performance, management, and compliance of assigned Clinical Outreach representatives. This position will present Clinical Outreach services to decision makers and negotiate contracts for services, serve as key liaisons between leadership by referring partners and assigned Clinical Outreach team to improve the overall process and performance experience of associated facilities, and positively represent Newport Healthcare in the behavioral health community by cultivating relationships to attract business opportunities and foster strategic partnerships.
