Job Description Director of Growth, Merchandise Services North America - SGS & Co At SGS & Co, we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Director of Growth for North America, who will be a vibrant representative of our comprehensive service offerings. This pivotal role ensures our pipeline is continuously filled with diverse projects, encompassing advanced print production capabilities, digital and offset reprographics, and complete design to print production. You will drive the development of both holistic and specialized service opportunities, leveraging our state-of-the-art technology and innovative techniques to meet the evolving needs of the market. This role is designed for a visionary leader who can integrate strategic business development initiatives with practical operational demands, ensuring SGS & Co remains at the forefront of industry advancements and client satisfaction in North America. Accountable For The initial new business client relationship, new business opportunites, RFPs, organic growth opportunities with the SGS & Co Team and the dedicated NBD forecast. As Defined By The growth of the business in leads, revenue generation (net new and organic), contributing margin, successful achievent of identified KPIs, and growth of both direct and indirect teams. Reporting To The VP of Growth, North America General Overview You understand the role strategic business partnership thinking plays in consumer conversion and the impact of great branding, packaging, content creation and/or brand communication. You will celebrate collective successes and grow from opportunities to ensure that SGS & Co is always striving to be the absolute best.
Success In the Role Success in this role is achieved by consistently demonstrating the active pipeline for SGS & Co opportunities with new clients and/or new targets. Identifying growth opportunities with key targets, uphold the SGS & Co standard of excellence, manage multiple priorities with internal and external clients, and make sound decisions to ensure the business moves forward resulting in wins for new business and/or business for the broader collective.
