Head X-Ray Tech
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for ensuring the work flow of the clinical area specific to x-ray function and directs clinical staff according to provide excellent patient care. Documents accurately in EMR system according to licensure and regulatory guidelines in a courteous, caring and respectful manner. Maintains appropriate logs and licensing according to state and Board Examiners. Responsible for maintaining all supplies and equipment. Maintains a close working relationship with staff to ensure proper workflow. Supports and assists other practice activities as necessary.

EDUCATION:
Completion from an accredited Radiology program which results in obtaining their NJ/NY State License. Required to be registered in Radiography by The American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). New graduates will be considered. BCLS certification
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in a clinic, medical office or off-site medical environment. Previous experience in a lead position preferred.
