The team you'll be part of

You will be part of the CNS Product & Engineering (R&D) organization. As Nokia's growth engine, we create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models. What you will learn and contribute to

The Product & Engineering organization is now looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team. As Executive Assistant to the VP of Product & Engineering, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of their day-to-day activities. You will be responsible for managing their calendar, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and providing administrative support, all while maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Calendar & Time Management: Proactively manage the VP's calendar, prioritizing appointments and ensuring efficient time allocation across multiple time zones.
  • Communication & Information Management: Screen incoming correspondence, prioritizing and responding appropriately. Seek, update, and provide information to the VP, including research and compilation of reports, presentations, and organizational charts.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, including booking facilities, distributing materials (minutes, presentations), and managing follow-up actions.
  • Travel & Expense Management: Plan and arrange complex travel itineraries, schedule appointments, and process expenses.
  • Project Support: Assist in the production of presentation materials and the coordination of internal and external events.
  • Team Collaboration: Interact and coordinate with members of the Product & Engineering leadership team, BG management team, and other executive offices.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, methods, and overall efficiency.
