Job Description: The nature of the work is focused on the monetary affairs of the company. Prepares timely and insightful analysis of financial balances and results to determine accuracy and compliance with GAAP and *** accounting policy. Understands financial systems and data elements Prepares management reporting and analytical tools. Prepares or reviews account reconciliations. Monitors compliance of processes, transactions, and balances with accounting and finance policies. Participates in system developments, including testing. This role will serve as a key member of the Global Revenue & Inventory team and will have a primary focus on our Global Partner's (GP) business which oversees our Licensing and Distributor partnerships. You will serve as a Controlling partner for cross-functional teammates within the GP organization and support our GP Controlling team to ensure our monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc deliverables are complete and accurate. Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs. Preferred - CMA or CPA Comments for Suppliers: Right now, this role is part time - roughly 20 hours a week but there is a chance to work more hours as they take in the role Covering for FTE leave - Working in Boston a plus but open to remote as long as they are willing to work EST hours Individual should have several years of accounting experience, strong excel skills, SAP skills a plus, CPA a plus Strong Communication skills - Written and verbal Working with team - 2-3 people Could start sooner than 01/13 if possible Could have potential to be extended as the team may have more people coming up on leave - This is already in the works. Expect assignment to run through Dec 2025 Breakdown of how months would look: Jan/Feb 2025 - 50% (20hr) possibly more Mar-Sep 2025 - 100% (40 hr) Sep-Dec 2025 - 50% (20 hr) possibly more |
