The Corporate Business Office is seeking a dynamic and talented Operations Analyst II - Vendor Reporting. This position supports patient on-line payment application by working with UHS end users and the vendor who hosts the application on any issue resolution or product enhancements. The Operations Analyst II will triage all reported issues, research and open tickets with vendor as needed. Additionally, the Operations Analyst II is responsible for monitoring Revenue Cycle performance and reporting issues using third party vendor management performance reporting and reconciliation reporting tool. Other responsibilities are the creation/updating of workflow documentation as needed. The Operations Analyst II will also be responsible for opening/managing tickets for Revenue Cycle issues needing involvement from other UHS departments.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Runs existing reports and evaluates results out of vendor management tool and provides management regular updates on third party Revenue Cycle vendor performance. Also works with agencies/Regional Business Offices to resolve any issues involving performance reporting or reconciliation.
  • Supports the on-line patient payment application for Revenue Cycle. Responsibilities include working with end users and the vendor who provides the application to research reported issues, open ticket with vendor and follow to resolution. Additionally, be point person for working with vendor on any enhancements or upgrades.
  • Responsible for opening all internal tickets/requests involving issues requiring external UHS team involvement.
  • Creates/maintains vendor management workflow documentation.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree is required with 3-5 years related experience; however, significant (5+ relevant) years of experience will be accepted in lieu of education. Bachelor's degree preferred.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in report analysis, must be detail oriented and have the ability to interpret data trends. Three to five years functional knowledge of the revenue cycle collections, Healthcare or related field is preferred. Skill set should include professional written and verbal communication skills as well as proficiencies in Visio, Microsoft EXCEL and WORD. The ability to meet deadlines and multitask is required. Intermediate logical deduction skills and the ability to solve most problems independently are required.
