Job Description: The nature of the work is focused in analyzing, designing, and implementing effective systems to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals. Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand user needs and system functionalities. Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications. Work closely with development teams to design solutions that meet business objectives and align with technology standards. Develop comprehensive process maps and workflows to visualize current and future states. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Analyze data requirements and structures, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with database architects and data analysts to optimize data-related processes. Develop test plans and scenarios to validate system functionality against business requirements. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct thorough testing and ensure the successful implementation of systems. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams. Communicate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Manage expectations and provide regular updates on project progress. Facilitate change management processes, including user training and documentation. Ensure smooth transitions for end-users when implementing new systems or enhancements. Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement changes that drive operational excellence. Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 10 years directly relevant experience; experience should include comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or industry expert Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: - PhD or Law + 8 yrs; Masters + 9 yrs; Associates degree + 11 yrs; High School + 12 yrs.
