APPLY HR Services and Transitions Counselor-Benefit Services and Administration/HR Services and Transitions Center About the HR Services and Transitions Center The HR Services and Transitions Center, part of Benefit Services and Administration, provides a "one-stop shop" of services, as it relates to benefits, to all members (faculty and staff) of the Cornell Community, contract college and endowed. This includes new hires, individuals who have separated from the university and our retirees. The Opportunity Join our team as a HR Services and Transitions Counselor, playing a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and primary customer care to our community members and applicants. Your responsibilities will encompass various facets, including onboarding, life/career transitions, separation, and connection to our active and retiree programs and benefit plans. This is a full-time, exempt (40 hours/week) Endowed position that is based in Ithaca, NY. This position follows a hybrid work arrangement that consists of rotating 1 week remote and 1 week on-campus. Typical work hours are 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. However, there may be occasional evening hours to meet department needs.
