The Vice President, Ambulatory Operations is a key member of the Enterprise Ambulatory leadership team engaged in designing and executing the overall business strategy and direction of the ambulatory organization for a defined region, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and operational efficiency. The position works closely with regional and system stakeholders to define key objectives and provides operational oversight to a portfolio of ambulatory practices across various settings (faculty practice, medical group, and hospital-based). Responsibilities also include developing new practices, identifying opportunities for practice growth and consolidation, managing financial operations and human capital, and working with business partners on the development and execution of business plans. Qualifications EDUCATION Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), Health Administration (MHA), or related field required. In lieu of master's degree, a bachelor?s degree and a minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, with regional oversight over multiple geographic sites will be considered. EXPERIENCE A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive management and leadership experience in healthcare operations at a large multi-specialty group practice setting with responsibility for multiple geographic sites.
