In this role, you will:



  • Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Contribute to technical and operational tasks as needed to drive successful outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with software developers, data scientists, designers, and business stakeholders to balance technical feasibility with business objectives. Build and maintain valued working relationships across teams.
  • Systems Thinking: Ensure technical solutions fit within larger architectural frameworks, prioritizing scalability, performance, and maintainability during project planning and execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, addressing technical issues and aligning with senior technical staff recommendations. Tailor communication to audiences ranging from executives to team contributors.
  • Risk Mitigation and Change Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks early by understanding underlying technical complexities. Adapt to evolving business needs, ensuring project objectives, scope, and timelines remain on track.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Manage comprehensive project documentation, including detailed project plans, status reports, action items, deliverables, and forecasts.
  • Process Optimization and Tool Usage: Leverage modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or DevOps platforms like Jenkins or Kubernetes) and Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive transparency and efficiency.
  • Client and Team Leadership: Guide project team members, providing ongoing feedback and support to meet project goals. Collaborate with leadership and account managers to enhance client relationships and contribute to Centric's culture.



Who You Are:



  • Experience and Expertise:

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience or a degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines) or equivalent technical experience.
    • Demonstrated experience managing comprehensive project documentation, estimation, action items, deliverables, and budgets.
    • Familiarity with tools and platforms relevant to multi-disciplinary projects, including Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and DevOps tools like Jenkins or Kubernetes.


  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of technical concepts across domains, including custom development, commercial software, and system integrations.
  • Collaborative and Strategic Leader: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, fostering collaboration to balance technical feasibility with business goals.
  • Problem-Solver and Decision-Maker: Skilled in making data-driven decisions and navigating trade-offs between technical debt, user needs, and delivery timelines.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong capability to manage stakeholder engagement and tailor communication to various audiences.
  • Agile Practitioner: Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with experience driving projects within flexible and hybrid frameworks.
