Human Resources Rotational Program - with a start date of June 2025 This position is a part of the Charter Human Resources (HR) Rotational Program. The program is designed to accelerate the development of early-career HR talent by offering customized experiences across different HR functions. The rotational program provides mentorship, networking, on-demand training, exposure to senior leadership and to various HR functions and business units. Program participants will rotate across roles in 3 different HR functions over an 18-month period. The HR Rotational Program Associate will have a diverse set of experiences in areas such as HR Partnership, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, etc.
