Georgia-Pacific is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA, focusing on driving commercial strategy and execution for our Quilted Northern brand. This role reports to the brand leader and is pivotal in steering the brand vision while leading key initiatives in collaboration with a large cross-functional team. The position includes the supervision of two direct reports and offers a unique opportunity to leverage your general management skills and leadership capabilities.

What You Will Do
* Develop and implement strategies that support the overall brand vision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business results and adjust workstreams as needed.
* Set commercial strategies for the brand, including product portfolio management, customer/channel priorities, and pricing strategy. Communicate these strategies effectively and motivate internal teams to achieve desired outcomes.
* Provide guidance and make investment decisions on key customers.
* Supply chain direction and engagement on demand forecasts, supply, and inventory to ensure we are available where and when our consumer shops
* Lead commercialization of key brand initiatives.
* Build and share compelling selling stories with our sales organization
* Monitor and communicate competitor and market activities to proactively inform Quilted Northern portfolio strategy and innovation pipeline.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of experience in business, marketing, product management, supply chain, sales, or operations
* Cross-functional team leadership experience
* Experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

What Will Put You Ahead
* MBA degree
* Experience in the CPG, Retail, or paper industry (e.g., tissue, towel, napkin)
* Experience with IRI and/or Nielsen syndicated databases
