JOB PURPOSE:

This role ensures that the services provided to Veterans and Community Based Services are timely, complete, documented, and carried out according to related contracts, policies & procedures. Quality Assurance Analyst II provides focused support for the day-to-day operations of all Community-Based Service grants and potential new grants.


Qualifications

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Assist in developing and implementing a contracts compliance system to review the delivery of services to Veterans and Community Based Services.
  • Ensure services are delivered by related contracts and policies.
  • Provide Policy and Contract training and support to all locations.
  • Audit program files to ensure compliance with Veteran and Community-Based Services Program requirements.
  • Run data quality reports to assist Veteran and Community Based Programs in maintaining compliance with client files.
  • Perform regularly scheduled data audits in the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) to ensure compliance with regulations and internal data requirements.
  • Participate in qualitative and quantitative program evaluations of program implementation and impact by collecting data, analyzing results, formulating and making recommendations for program improvement, writing summaries of results, and presenting recommendations agency-wide.
  • Provide technical assistance as needed for internal staff on issues related to Salesforce, compliance or other applicable federal, state, or local reporting and data collection requirements.
  • Perform tasks requested by the Regional Director to meet the Salesforce standards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare required reports and generate correspondence as required.
  • Assist staff with Salesforce-related training and navigation within the cloud-based software.
  • Understand and assist staff with implementing existing and new grant requirements to be implemented within the Salesforce system.
  • Administer Salesforce and other related databases in compliance with the requirements of regulatory agencies, program funders, and agency need.
  • Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Experience working with Salesforce and HMIS (Homeless Management Information Systems) or a comparable database is preferred

EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of current Salesforce and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) rules and regulations related to rapid rehousing and homeless prevention programs. Knowledge in a related (HMIS) Homeless Management Information System. 1+ year of experience that correlates to existing rapid rehousing and homeless prevention programs. Case management software or software experience (e.g. Salesforce, Excel) is preferred. 3+ years auditing social programs is preferred.

ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion.

LICENSES: Driver's License with clear record.

VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.

OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates.
